Having been raised in the Rio Grande Valley of South Texas, Rogelio has personally witnessed the phenomenal growth of this part of the state and is familiar with the local real estate market trends.  He has worked with state and out-of-state developers as well as Mexican developers in the purchase of real estate property for developments such as national retail stores, auto dealerships, theatre businesses and other types of commercial businesses. 

Rogelio has also strived to help local entrepreneurs meet their goals whether purchasing developed or undeveloped property, no matter how big or small. Plaza Realty is also ready to serve your residential needs.

Rogelio holds a Bachelor of Science Degree and a Master’s Degree in Educational Administration and also served as a teacher/school principal for twenty five years. He was also a past active member of the Pharr Noon Kiwanis Club.
